Every van option includes the driver helping with loading and unloading. You can keep the included one-man service or add one or two helpers at £15 per helper per hour when furniture is heavy, access is difficult or the move needs to be completed faster.
Medium, large and Luton vans
The medium van is aimed at room moves and several items, the large van at bulkier flat moves, and the Luton van at fuller flat, house and larger jobs. Capacity depends on the shape and size of the items, so use an item list, measurements or photos rather than guessing from the property name alone.
How the live estimate is calculated
The calculator combines the selected hourly van and labour rate with the estimated booking time, access charges where applicable and route mileage. The first five route miles are included, then mileage is charged at 75p per mile. Every booking has a two-hour minimum.
